"I firmly believe that the successful outcome of our recent ISO9001 audit was due, in no small part, to our use of JWA as consultants. Although our processes and operations were in good order, they weren't always consistently documented. Richard and Alex's insightful understanding and interpretation of what we do was invaluable, and their presentation is first class. It would have been a much more challenging process without their advice and assistance, for which we are very grateful."
