J. W. Allcock Management Consultancy is committed to an evidence led approach in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Our response will be consistent with the latest guidance and expert opinion from the UK Government, World Health Organization (WHO) and other key agencies.

We recognise that the situation is likely to change, and we are monitoring the situation closely. 

We will keep our employees and contractors informed of the latest developments, and we will update our advice and guidance as required.  

We will also continue to support and communicate with our customers, on a frequent basis.


The Coronavirus (Covid-19) is causing tremendous impacts on a national and global scale and many organisations are questioning whether their certification is at risk should they not maintain their systems and receive their assessments as planned.

The health and well-being of our clients, employees and contractors is our focus and we need to be mindful of organisations needing to continue running operations, even if they are at limited capacities.

J. W. Allcock Management Consultancy has decided that we need to be flexible with our approach. If clients want us to attend their site and continue as normal with the maintenance of their system(s), we will assess each request on an individual basis and where possible we will attend their site, unless the government advises otherwise. 

Our staff and associates are continuing to work from their homes or at our customer sites, where possible, and in-line with our Business Continuity Plan (BCP). 

The health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and associates is our number one priority, and in light of the current situation, we are providing regular guidance and advice on matters such as regular hand washing and social distancing. 

We are ensuring that meetings take place via skype or other video calling software or are postponed until a later date. We are also minimising all non-essential travel.

Enhanced personal hygiene will be adopted by all of our team. Regular hand washing plus adherence to customer protocols will be ensured.
